“I go to this had station a lot after dark. It is well lot and feels safe. I am usually alone, so that is important. The guy behind thecounter is friendly. There is usually an older gentleman sweeping, cleaning the pumps or taking out thetrash. He watches, but not in a creepy easy. It feels more secure and helpful. The store is small, but well stocked. Because I work in the area, this has become my preferred gas station. I am not accosted by anyone begging for money or anything like that. It just doesn't happen here and I appreciate it. I do wish they had better lighting at the air pump though.”

Alas, no such thing here in this world, at least, not that I know of, but you can get pretty dang close to it at Checkers. Built like the old timey wimey burger joints of the fifties and early sixties, before places like McDonald's and Burger King pretty much drove them out of business, the people are simply wonderful to each and every customer that comes. And the fries. I have to say, if you get nothing else, you have to get the fries. Anyway, I give the one in La Verne right off of Murfreesboro Road TWELVE thumbs up, if I had that many hands🤣🤣🤣 ANYWAY! “My buddies and I had a really fun time here. We had stayed here til it was really late. The laser tag was just epic. Maybe some AC would be helpful, because we were hot. Maybe, that's the point. Anyways, that was fun. I ordered hot wings and they were so good. The servers were all awesome and pretty funny. They handed all 12 of us men very well. Of course, the arcade was fun. Can't beat that. The entire place is SO clean including the bathrooms!! I will be back.”

We "found" Bonnie through other listings in our neighborhood and when we contacted her she responded immediately, came prepared at our first meeting, suggested home improvements and staging (admittedly I was skeptical but just go with what she says!) and was extremely prompt with documents and answering questions. She also has a great network of resources for painting, handyman, roofers, etc. Most important she is a great communicator and always a positive and encouraging voice during what can be a stressful time. We highly recommend working with Bonnie!”

“I’ve really enjoyed this property so far because it is quiet and kept up. Whenever there is a problem, it is quickly resolved by the front office. The Community Manager Ms April is very professional and friendly she takes the time to stop whatever she’s doing in order to help her tenants and gets back to you in a timely manner to resolve issues. Ms.April is very down to earth and yet very professional she explains everything that you need to know in details. I have been here since October 2019 and I have absolutely NO complaints with the managing of my apartment or the property”
