“Had a really wonderful experience at this location off Peace St in downtown Raleigh. Was immediately greeted and assisted, the staff person helping me (Shirt said Delshown I believe - sorry if I got name wrong!) was extremely knowledgeable on the different paint/finishes, and I was in and out in no time (he even loaded the several gallons into my car for me). Although the store started to get busy after I arrived, all staff remained cool and collected and had the line running swiftly and efficiently - I was impressed, especially when folks are all anxious right now regarding crowds/covid-19. I was a little overwhelmed beforehand with all the options and spending hundreds on paint for a whole house, but left feeling pleasantly surprised on the ease of the interaction. Would recommend Sherwin Williams 100% due to quality of products and customer service received! Thanks”

“So I've been going to this Beauty Master over the last 2 years. Today when I went, I was pleasantly surprised by the employees working in the wig department. I was helped immediately by Marcy, who was so pleasant and helpful. She showed me a variety of pieces based on what I liked, talked me through them, helped me style them and also showed me and other customers care products she recommends for each type and why. Because of her customer service skills, I bought 2 wigs instead of 1. I have literally never been treated so well at any Beauty Master. Typically at the Beauty Master chain, the employees working in this department rush you, restrict you from trying on a variety of wigs and don't seem to have any interest in actually helping customers find the right pieces. This is difficult because the wigs mostly do not have price tags on them so you need attention from the people working. I hope that Marcy and her co-worker that was there today stay working at this location. It has become my favorite overnight!”

She planted certain flowers for us in anticipation of our wedding (which is so cool), and even kept them safe and untouched when we postponed due to Covid. She made great recommendations that were so in line with my style and taste. Going into our wedding day, I knew our flowers would be gorgeous, but I was blown away. My bouquet was stunning (I even put it in water and took it on our honeymoon because I couldn't part with it), as were my bridesmaids' bouquets, the boutonnieres, the centerpieces and head table garland, our ceremony backdrop, and even our cake flowers. Cindy made our wedding day so special, and was such a delight to work with. Their pricing is also very reasonable!
