Its pretty rare, in my opinion, to first sell a house and then find your dream lot to build from the same realtor and close on the same day without any issues. We listed our house with Erin in March and had multiple offers within a couple of days. She was present at every single event in the process. She did not stick a lockbox on the house and say "my job is done". No, she was present at every showing and subsequent meetings with the buyer. She also helped coordinate any handyman requirements before the listing and after the house was under contract. A complete 100% involvement from soup to nuts. “Our new master bathroom is amazing! Victor and Alan did a great job. We were working with a smaller space and big ideas. Since this was our first time remodeling a bathroom (or any room for that matter), we had no idea what we were doing. They were patient, flexible, and very helpful. During the planning process, they were very active in our choice making to allow us to get the look we wanted that would also keep the space practical and functional. They made great recommendations as well. One of our favorite features they recommended was to create a built-in medicine cabinet behind the vanity mirrors. They also suggested moving the door to swing out which provided more space in the bathroom. When working with other contractors, Victor was very thorough and had our back. We decided on a unique color for our plumbing fixtures and he made sure that it would match the fixtures of our glass installation by insisting the company bring us a sample book to look at. They completed the job on schedule and within budget. They were even super friendly to our two dogs, Yogi and Baloo! We are very happy with the quality of work. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them in the future!”

“We switched our child to Kids r Kids Milton back in June and have seen such tremendous improvements! She went from a daycare that was not focused on academics to Kids r Kids where there is a balance of learning and fun! She is now interested in reading, letters, and writing, whereas she would cry before when we sat down at home to work on things. We love being able to check in on her throughout the day with the secure camera platform they use. We love having great daily reports as well. We get great feedback and are told different things we can do at home to progress her learning.
