I say that because the Carmina drive location acted like I was bothering them when I called. I went to this location in a Saturday. Jocelyn greeted me and was very kind. I told her what I was looking for and she advised they had it in stock. I wound up purchasing a different phone but I was happy none the less. Jocelyn was friendly and super efficient band was able to multi task when other customers dropped in while she activated my phone. The whole experience was very pleasant, quick and not stressful. Technology has changed so that everything transfers easily. If I ever need anything else I will visit this location for sure.”
