“Beautiful hotel, really nice rooms. Everything is brand new! The lobby is on the top floor which is a bit strange but there are bellhops there to escort and assist you and the experience of staying there was very enjoyable. 4 stars because they do not offer complimentary water for guests neither 8n the lobby nor bottles of water for status holding customers which I find very strange and unlike other Hilton establishments.”

“At first the experience was great as I quickly got registered & went through the initial triage, doctor consultation & regular x-rays. The staff from reception to nurses to doctor and X-ray techs was friendly, courteous & efficient. I was on a roll & thought I would get out of the hospital within 3 hours. However, I had a another 2 hour wait to get a Cat Scan! They said there was a backup due to the large number of scans they had to do. I would think a large, prestigious Hospital like this would have more than one scan machine. Other than that long wait for the scan my experience was good.”

Wish I could remember the young black female that was the cashier, I was very impressed with her professionalism, and how polite she was. Our visit was the 18th of this month and I think it was like 7ish. Really wish I had gotten her name! Thank you to the churches at this location because service can be kinda not so good at your restaurant. But I love the chicken ????”
