I THANK GOD for such AMAZING, KIND, and EFFICIENT, customer service!!!! We LOVE Mr. Neb!!!! I had a service agent come out on a weekend and his own time, asked by a coworker I spoke to on the phone, bc they empathize with how serious his attacks could be.... And every other time, just speaking on the phone or asking for something he needed new of. No nastiness, no questions other than need to know basic info., and you can tell they really care about their clients. God bless y'all!!!!
