Sold me some vape heads that seemed leaky or busted or used or SOMETHING. Couldn't get in touch by phone and took forever to drive back up there, but the lady at the counter was super kind and understanding and gave me no trouble at all. Totally took all the perceived pressure off of the interaction (as a complaining customer, I couldn't help but feel a little bad just bringing it up)
Super satisfied. Will shop again. Staff is great.
