My mom and friend got me to try solidcore after they had been here the day prior. We took a class with Stephen, and it was amazing! He was very helpful and gave great instructions. We left dripping in sweat and feeling great!

I live in River North, so I’m going to try that one next, but I will definitely be back when staying with my mom because Stephen was that great. Snaps to Stephen!

I've tried just about every workout under the sun, but Solidcore is the only one that has truly overhauled my total body strength. It's a mental and physical experience that keeps me coming back multiple times a week. Cannot recommend highly enough to those looking to be challenged and feel amazing inside and out. The coaches at the Buffalo Grove studio are inspirational, funny and empathetic. Love it here.

Solidcore is a great workout and one for all ages. All of the coaches are amazing and work hard to ensure that everyone in the room gets an amazing workout in from the first time participant to those with 100+ classes. The coaches provide an atmosphere that is positive and encouraging.

5 STARS! If you have not tried a solidcore class it is a must! You feel all the shakes and the strongest version of you! Especially if you are taking Marin's class. She is there to inspire, motivate and push you to be the most confident version of you in just 50 minutes! Under those blue lights you are having fun and getting sweaty! Go check out Marins class, I know you won't regret it:)

Had a great first class with coach Hannah. Not only did she kick my butt, she was really welcoming and encouraging which is what I was worried about being a newbie. The studio was clean and I felt safe being there with their covid restrictions
