All I know is that they know him by name(almost by his DOB too..lol) & his RXs have definitely always been tended to. I say that bc whenever there's been a new drug called in or ordered in for him, it's like they want to make sure that he knows the cost & what it is before they're picked up. And especially if it could interact with any of his other meds. My Dad has 5 physician's care he is under! An interaction between meds can sometimes be overlooked, so it's nice to know that there is another barrier of questioning done before we bring it home & it hurts him. These folks definitely take care of their customers. I think better than most "home town" establishments even do.
