After being here in Winsron for a year and half I finally found where I will be bringing my cars for their oil changes.. Brought both of them today and service was good on both.

I will add after I saw other reviews on pricing that their pricing is also fair and worth it.. I think I paid $10 more than Wally World but it was $30 cheaper than their competitors down the road and another competitor was a 4-5 hour wait!! I got both of my car done in under an hour- including drive time to bringing both cars!!

I've been a customer of EOC on Robinhood Rd in Winston-Salem for years now. They are courteous and knowledgeable and my experience is that they are really interested in saving you money on car repairs and maintenance. The other day my engine check light came on and I was near so I pulled in and they diagnosed my problem immediately. I am impressed that they go the extra mile!

This place is awesome. I had issues with my car after getting it fixed and tuned up at a different express oil location. This location helped diagnose the issue and given that the other shop refused to take responsibility despite warranty, they suggested that we take it to corporate. After taking it to corporate, we had the whole issue taken care of. Despite them being able to make money off of me, they directed me to where I could get help and have it be taken care of without too much hassle on my end. Many thanks to them. I appreciate their honesty and will be a return customer!
