  Dr. Cates and her staff are always kind and professional, easy to work with, just wonderful. But today, Dr. Cates was just amazing. My 8 year old had his first cavity filled. He loves the doctor but was rather nervous about the process. She took the time to explain the tools used, what everything would feel like, and answer his questions. She then talked him through each step and comforted his nerves all along the way. He left with a numb mouth and a new filling but, more importantly, he left still loving his dentist and asking when was the next time he would get to see her. Just wow! I am so thankful for her professional work and the manner in which she treats all her patients.

  Dr. Cates and her entire team are wonderful! Everyone in the office is friendly, punctual, thorough and goes above and beyond to make each visit a pleasant one. I highly recommend this practice!

  This is a great place to have your dental needs looked after. The entire staff is always upbeat and full of *Smiles*. I definitely have anxiety issues with dentists and they go away when I walk through their door. Highly recommend.

  I have been Amy Cates’ patient for years. Every member of my family (some from out-of-state) see her, too. Every friend I’ve referred has thanked me.
  
  I trust Dr. Cates completely. She never upsells; she is smart and highly skilled; and she is incredibly gentle. Her office runs on true kindness that begins with her.
  
  The staff is lovely. My hygienist is wonderful. I don’t particularly love going to dentist as a general rule, but I always appreciate my time at this office.

  Loved this office. Highly recommend them. Dr. Cates sees you as a new patient. Very personal experience. Everyone there has nothing but big smiles and warm hearts.
