  Have been searching for a new insurance company to replace my current one. My premiums have gone up and up when renewing the policies - auto and home. I understand certain increases but mine seemed to be too frequent and too high when I've filed no claims during the time I've been insured with them. Decided to give State Farm a try. Scott Kolb was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Helped me find the right policy with all the discounts that could be applied. If you are searching as I was, give this office a try. It can't hurt.

  For the last 5 years or so, we were referred to a competing insurance company for my family's auto and home insurance. At the time, based on the policy. we were paying close to a mortgage's worth of a premium a month -- yes a month. With so many drivers and vehicles, we know we had to get our policy in order. Insurance shopping the first people I turned to was State Farm and after a search, I found the Brad Batchelor agency. I have never felt so much like family after my first interaction with the team there. Every single individual was willing to support our family's needs and were so open to learning more about us while solving our problem. In the end, the Brad Batchelor team was able to get us a policy (with even more benefits than our previous policy) and we are now saving over $500-$600 a month and getting more benefits! I know that does not happen in every scenario, but when you have a dedicated team willing to go the extra mile to ensure we are all protected, I would most definitely consider reaching out to the team here to look at switching over to State Farm.
