I had the best customer service experience today at lili creation. I was a little late for my appointment but she didn’t even complain and she was nicely waiting for me. She helped my daughter and I to find our outfit and on top of that the quality of the clothes are just amazing 💯✅. Amazing customer service. We forgot to make an appointment and called when we got there but she was able to accommodate us. She modeled all the clothing and listened to what we were looking for. I was on a video call with my girls and you know how annoying it can shopping that way lol. She never got frustrated and the whole experience was a success. Would 100% recommend! The outfits are beautiful and of good quality. Whatever is not available she could order for later. Great experience!
