Cons- Although i am pleased and content better communication is needed between Owner with client and then owner to staff. I was a little frustrated when i had to go back in forth with the staff on service i had discussed already with her boss. Also some staff need to keep professional on there remarks to the clients,we already knew the cleaning that needed to be done so that's why we called a CLEANING SERVICE!! The over all outcome was that they left with a continuing service client.
