Great Experience
I was relocating to Atlanta. Since I was not in Atlanta yet, Tim would go to houses he thought I would like and videotape a walk-thru and send them to me. It was a great way to begin the process. Once I moved here, I signed a contract in the first week. The entire process with Tim was easy and efficient. (And the fact that he is a tough negotiator with the sellers saved me many thousands of dollars.) His recommendations on lenders and attorneys was spot on also. From beginning to end, it was a super easy/smooth process.

Tim worked closely with me as a first time home-buyer to ensure I fully understood every step of the process. He was very knowledgeable and brought things to my attention that was not on my radar initially. Tim will make sure you have a good experience and is very accommodating. I would highly recommend anyone to work with Tim if they are looking for an agent.

Stumbled onto Tim by accident. Very happy accident. In the process of buying my home, there was a stumbling block with an almost purchase. Tim's knowledge and expertise were vital is handling that situation. On this alone he earned his commission. Backstory: moved to Atlanta from out of state. Only prior knowledge of the area was driving through 20 years ago. Tim and Helen were fantastic, helping take video tours of homes, giving me vital information on the local market conditions, and they worked with my criteria without trying to force me to change. I've dealt with other realtors who would just push a house to get a fast sale. That is NOT Tim or Helen. Tim and Helen were great. They listened. They worked with me and for me. We are now in a great house, loving it. And this is thanks to Tim and Helen at Points Honors. Can't say enough good things about them. Very highly recommended.
