My experience with Rick Case was pretty incredible. My salesman Shayon, greeted us with a big smile shortly after exiting our vehicle. He was very respectful, listed to my wants & needs for the vehicle & then found the best 2 options for me. He took his time to explain the different features of both vehicles, helping me to decide on the 2023 Elantra N-line. Its a beautiful vehicle & I am loving my choice. My entire experience was great, start to finish. The Sales manager, Bongsu Choi, made the process really smooth, & was very professional & friendly to both myself & my wife. I even felt like they gave me a great price on my trade in. Once we were in Finance, our experience was still great, the manager, Charles Noh, made the process smooth, getting us a good rate & even giving us a gift to help keep our new purchase clean & shiny. I will definitely be recommending Rick Case to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I couldn't recommend Shayon & his professional colleagues enough. Even the days following the sale, Shayon was in contact with me to make sure I was happy with the car & to answer any question I may have had. They will treat you right & have you feeling like you didn't get taken advantage of. Thank you for your patience & excellent customer service! The entire process was less than 3 hours & I was driving my brand new, freshly detailed car with a full tank of gas provided by the dealership. My only wish is that I would of had our awesome salesman, Shayon, take a picture with us.

Y’all hear me out. When you go to Rick Case Hyundai Duluth ask for Antonio. Period. Because I have never received such stellar customer service, compassion and determination from a sales representative ever. He’s truly dedicated to the customer , ensuring all my questions were answered I was comfortable with the car and the entire buying process. You can’t find service like this everywhere y’all!! 100/10 stars!!!
