I want to commend Zohee for her professionalism in handling my request. She is the one person who really helped me with my claim. She really cares about the customers whether it is her responsibility or not. She will get an answer. State Farm is fortunate to have her as an employee.

Each time I call, all the agents are polite and helpful. Lorraine calls and checks in on you as well. She assisted me with my auto insurance policy and was very kind and thorough with explaining everything. State Farm also offered me links on ways to lower my insurance to fit my budget. They're amazing, thank you!
