I had a basic idea of how to take care of a reel type mower but the owner and staff went out of their way to show me how to use the equipment, what type of service I would need, how often, everything. Before purchasing the mower they asked questions about the size and "lay" of the land that I was going to mow. After all was said and done, I walked away with a mower, and handouts on how to better manage my lawn and the type of fuel additive to use with the gas in the mower.
