Chris Nabors is the best realtor ever! We first met Chris over 20 years ago when we were looking to buy our first house. We've now used him for all 3 home purchases and 2 home sales throughout our marriage because he does such an amazing job. He cares, he makes the stressful things easy, he always follows through and returns calls, emails, and texts. He handles the legal details and is there to help you for every detail along the way. When estimating numbers, he is conservative so that there are no surprises at closing. He is just wonderful to work with. I can't say enough kind things about Chris. He's been my realtor for over 10 years. Has helped me buy and sell many properties. The first time I worked with Chris I could tell immediately that he was extremely hard working. He has answers and solutions for most problems that may arise, and often do, during a real estate deal. We reached out to Chris Nabors when we were thinking about building a new home on a lot we purchased. From the first time we reached out to him till the very end (about a year and 9 months total), the experience with Chris has been priceless. We ended up selling our lot and building elsewhere but we could not have done it without his assistance, recommendations, input and most importantly his patience with us. He attended numerous meetings throughout the new home build and endured many emails from us. When it came time to sell our house, Chris was extremely thorough in his research of comp houses to come up with a listing price. His meeting to discuss listing our house was much more thorough than expected. He ensured we understood every part of the listing/sales process as well as what went into his listing price recommendation. Going over offers, he provided a spreadsheet with an overview of each offer which made it so much easier for us to be able to compare and understand which was the best offer. It is not just the dollar amount being offered that makes an offer a good offer. Chris helped educate us on all the terms that go along with the dollar amount being offered. We are now closed on our old house and in our new home. Chris has checked in with us several times since which he didn’t have to do.
