  I'm gonna be honest folks, I forgot to post my update.
  
  Here goes; serviceman came out and performed the service, no issues or incidents, and the refrigerator work just fine afterward.
  
  Secondary update: the compressor went out on the refrigerator at the beginning of April 2023. Unfortunately, I did have to get this replaced and it was a costly piece ~ $1,200 for the replacement part and service. As I mentioned before, scratch and ding has an inherent risk when you purchase, in this case though it was a common issue with the model that we purchased. It is a known issue with this size LG fridge even for brand new purchases after further research.
  
  In summary: this place is great to work with and if you're good about doing your independent research, you can get good deals on appliances. My fridge was still a good deal, even counting the cost of having to replace the part just over a year into ownership we paid just under sticker price for the fridge.

  Got a fridge from them that ended up having cooling issues. They were completely reasonable and worked with me for the 90-day warranty. You have to understand that you are buying scratch and ding / resale and that comes with inherent risk. However, if you have a problem, call them and ask. They treated me very well. I will post an update after the service is completed.

  I would like to give a huge thank you to Angel, for delivering my dryer to me and hooking it up and taking my old dryer! He is a great boss and an awesome team player and I’m forever grateful for him and the other staff members! I love my new dryer and ESM, is a great place to buy your appliances at a great price. I promise you that you will not regret shopping at ESM! Please go check ESM out for your home appliances! Angel you rock and so does your staff 🙂

  These guys are the truth!! Great company! The owner is definitely a man of his word!! They came and delivered my refrigerator in the POURING RAIN and even delivered it after hours!!! And they were SO nice! I got an AWESOME deal on a fridge that I know was worth at least $500 more than what they were asking for it. Just some minor dings, I don't even notice them. I Highly recommend ESM appliances to everyone I know!
