I've had a shoulder injury for over 30+ years. shooting pain down my right arm and hand. Couldn't grasp with my right hand without my hand falling asleep. Knot in my shoulder at the shoulder blade, constant headache, taking 6 aspirin twice a day. I honestly thought of putting it in a sling and not using my arm. I tried a chriopractor for a year and a half, he was able to rid the shooting pain sensation, and the hand falling asleep, but couldn't ease the knot in my shoulder. Rolling on a lacrosse ball, using a foam roller, nothing helped. He finally said dry needling, but failed to follow through. I found out about Sun wellness and Ms. Kim through a wonderful lady at church. When she mentioned she had acupuncture on her knee, my ears perked up.
When I finally got in to see Kim I was in constant pain, the knot in my shoulder wouldn't ease up, and I couldn't get any relief.
Kim worked her magic and after 6 visits the pain has eased. The knot in my shoulder is almost non existence. Is it gone? No. Will it ever be? No. After 30+ years of damage, there is scar tissue. What little pain I do have is bare able. I don't have headaches like I did.......and that knot at my shoulderblade, nothing compared to what it was. That in itself is a miracle.

I wasn't sure about acupuncture at first but after 2 treatments I was encouraged by the relief I was im is a getting in my back. I truly am amazed at how it works. Kim is a great acupuncturists. No pain during treatments at all. Thanks for your help!
