They are absolutely a blessing! My son suffers from hearing loss and had to wear bulky h/a for years from CHOA and he hated to wear them and refused to wear them.
Our school recommended Hearing Factory because they have much smaller hearing aids and once my son place them in his ears, he immediately started smiling!!!!! What a blessing! I’m so thankful for all the help they gave to my son. And the personal help & attention you get from the specialist and staff is spectacular. I’m above and beyond appreciative!

I will put 100 out of 100 stars for this place and people work here as a great team The staff is very caring and professional.
Also very helpful with educating you on how to use your new hearing aids and making sure that you are comfortable and pleased with the product. I will refer them to anyone that I know who has or knows of anyone who has a hearing difficulty

Gwen is amazing! I have was told that I needed to get surgery to have a hearing aid implanted after having a tumor removed from my head. After visiting Gwen, she worked with me and did some tests and help found a solution to help my hearing advance to a comfortable level. She is very knowledgeable and I appreciate her more than she knows. Anytime I need her assistance, she has never disappointed me with a response or quick action. You get what you pay for and Gwen was definitely a great investment!
