I wouldn't be right if I didn't comment on my experience today at your store. The ProDesk team Maria and Eric went over and beyond to say the least to assure my order was accurate. They even called on other team members Jaime from appliances who stood by my side from the very beginning to the very end. Thanks Jaime. Angela and Michelle from Customer Service and even May a Department Head put their hands on my project. THIS ENTIRE GROUP OF PEOPLE made certain I left happy and satisfied and refused to stop helping until I was. Which then left my customer very happy and satisfied! I thank you ALL for your hard work and dedication to your jobs. A special thank you to Maria from the ProDesk who personally called me to let me know I had left an item behind. Thanks again Home Depot!!! I'll pass over 2 Home Depots just to shop at this store on my next assignment. If there were more than 5 stars.... you all would have gotten those too. You just can't go wrong they do a great job sometimes the staff seems a little overwork or in a hurry but very good customer service

I think a little more customer service would be nice. I ask someone about specific item and they answer me back with question of their own. Another employee that was present apologize for the answer the other guy had given me. I said it was okay, no worries.
