Absolutely love this company and it’s products. I’ve worked with them twice now. The first time was on a system for a salt water reef tank where water quality was super critical. Most recently on a drinking water system for my home. The installations are very simple and the resulting water quality can’t be beat. What impresses me most though is their commitment to customer service. Whenever I had a question I received a response within hours. On my recent install I encountered an issue which turned out to be user error - I left a fast flush valve open for over a week and clogged my filters. During my troubleshooting I reached out numerous times for assistance. They never tired of my questions and stuck with me until everything was working perfectly. I can’t recommend them enough and tell all my friends about them.

I've been using these guys for several years and cannot say enough good things about them. I'm currently using the Water Cop Extra Duty RO unit I and absolutely love it. The water this thing produces is PERFECT and even with heavy usage I never run out of water pressure. I worked with Chris to get the right configuration for my needs and he was over-the-top helpful.
