I was very impressed with Mark and A.D. from the very first time I talked to them on the phone. They worked together to answer my questions and help guide me, at the time we were seeking to just purchase floors and not a company to install but even though I wasn’t seeking their services they didn’t brush me off, they told me the best place to purchase hardwoods and the best value for my money. They are very honest, reliable, well priced, their crew is hardworking and I was very impressed with how quickly they did everything, the work is beautiful. They also worked around our crazy schedule as we were doing so many other renovation projects on the home. Originally we weren’t going to use a company to do our floors and my husband was going to install them himself, but PHD Flooring ended up installing, repairing, and restoring all of the flooring in our home. We couldn’t be happier with this company and I have and will continue to recommend them.

PHD Flooring sanded and re-finished our hardwood floors in our home. They did a beautiful job, with an exact match. They came in first thing in the morning and were finished by the end of the day. I was very impressed. Will definitely use them again.

PhD Hardwood Flooring was referred to me by a friend who was happy with the floor installation that they did for him (he is having them back to install more flooring later this week). I needed a section of hardwood flooring repaired (sanded and re-finished). The team was easy to work with from the beginning. They arrived when they said they would. One manager started up the work and another stopped by later on to make sure the work was going well. The two guys doing the work were professional, neat and friendly. The floor looks great now! The level of quality and service PhD flooring provided was in a league of its own. Our floors came out perfect. They matched our existing floors perfectly, leveled the floors, addressed any imperfections, and added quarter mold. And they were patient with us as we kept changing our minds on floors, even telling us that it’s no problem for them to return floors they already received from the manufacturer.

And that’s not all. We mentioned we were considering having a marble backsplash put in above the fireplace. The next day they brought over some tile samples, then arranged for somebody to install it within a few days! It’s rare to work with a contractor who has the mentality of doing whatever it takes to make the customer happy. If you want perfect floors and a wonderful experience, this is the company for you.

The team was efficient and organized. They answered my call promptly and completed the work in such an expeditious way.. I would recommend them for any job, they were awesome, clean and tidy. My floor looks absolutely amazing! Most of all they wore mask throughout the entire job, sanitized before entering my home as well as they had shoe coverings or took their shoes off. A Warner
