She has taught me to come at my problems with a kind heart and her advice is backed by an abundance of knowledge. She has a very calm energy. After every conversation with Bridgette, I feel like I've accomplished something and the solution is clear. She also sends me helpful resources pertaining to my issue. I'm very grateful I saw a referral for her on another website as I've never had this type of effective counseling before.
