  Powertrain Fitness Family has been the motivation and accountability team I needed to get back to my weight loss goals. The coaches have been very helpful in creating meal plans and fun yet challenging daily work outs to push me to stay on track. They are very knowledgeable, personable, understanding, and very encouraging as it comes to guiding me through my fitness journey. The gym and equipment are clean, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, everyone is personable and team/ family oriented. I highly recommend Powertrain Fitness if you are ready to start your weight loss and fitness journey with a great support system backing you and providing you with the tools you need to be successful.

  What can I say? I just love the Powertrain Family. Coach Fritz and Coach Stasia are amazing!! They truly care about helping you reach your health and fitness goals. The classes are fun as well as challenging. I also love that they pull us together to do fitness activities outside the gym like Muddy Dash. The cost is more than the regular gyms but it’s worth every penny. You won’t get as much care and concern anywhere else. I highly recommend Powertrain!! You won’t regret it!! ❤️❤️

  I absolutely love coming here, the energy, friendliness, cleanliness is Unmatched. The coaches here are amazing, they are passionate, respectable, knowledgeable, patient, kind and understandable to your situation. They are always willing to help you reach your fitness goal. All the coaches will have faith in you even if you don't have it in yourself.
  
  If you have any injuries or restrictions they will make sure you have a modified version.
  
  What I love most of all is; unlike other fitness centers you are not just a number on a key card they literally know you by name and address you as such, they also educate you on better food choices in which you have to show daily visual accountability.
  
  Be ready to put in the work and you will see results. Powertrain gave me back my confidence. Trust the process! With clean eating /meal planning excerise I lost 11lbs and counting and more importantly I lost inches In only a few weeks. -Shana

  I’m so glad to be a part of the Powertrain family. Over a year with the team and over 30lbs down, I enjoy the each challenging workout that fits my fitness level while pushing me to the next. I also stay connected with the coaches and others through the app where we have our meal plans, track our progress, and encourage one another. The coaches also set up training plans for me through the app when I’m traveling so I don’t miss my workouts.
  So glad I made the decision to join.
