Northside Snellville Primary Care

Yearly exam with Pat Bird at this new location. Very nice and clean in a busy area of Snellville. All went well. I'm very calm with seeing Pat. One thing, though, don't have your nurse asking the same questions on the Medicare paperwork that I'm trying to fill out for you! This is a bit annoying, just wait until I have finished.

I had the most awesome New Patient visit with Dr. Samuels yesterday! My entire experience, beginning with Tarae, to the time Dr. took to get to know me, was just so genuine and thorough. I left and called my husband immediately to tell him to schedule his appointment, too, and I’m so glad to have found such great family care!

I have been with Dr. Samuel and Tarae for over 3 years and I cannot speak enough about their bedside manner. This is the warmest physician staff I have ever been to. Not only are they knowledgeable but very timely, no longer do I have to wait for 30 minutes or more to see my doctor. From the front desk/check-in to the check-out, the staff is top notch. I cannot explain how pleased and blessed I am to have found such a wonderful physician, nurse and medical staff. If you have not made your first appointment, you need to but not too many because I enjoy speaking time with my doctor and nurse.

I rate Gwinnett Family Medical a 5 star. I travel 25 minutes to location to receive the best service ever experienced. I saw Dr. Barbara Jones for my first visit. I have never met such an amazing doctor who actually listened. She is such a kind spirit and made me feel very comfortable. I typically do not write reviews but felt very compelled to express the awesome service from the front desk to the general practice.
