Owner is a very nice, accommodating person. The prices are good and the knowledgeable help was great. I have not tried the product yet but have every confidence that any issue would be taken care of promptly. Several days later now and I have now used the new detector and it is everything that I hoped. I used it in an area that I had used a different detector on more than once and was able to find several different items at depths up to 12 inches.
