The pickup-to-move driver as the best. He really cared about my concerns with lifting and dropping off in the next location. I appreciated that he gave me the option to follow my route there or use his GPS.

The POD process was excellent on both ends of this trip. The labor providers that POD recommended were amateurs (we used 2 different packing companies); they did not secure the furniture to keep it from moving; damage occurred. The labor providers who unpacked were excellent - clean, helpful.

Our PODS experience was painless! The container arrived on time, was quickly in place and ready to use. The quoted price was exact, and there were no surprises. We scheduled a pick-up time, and again the driver was on time, courteous, and efficient.
