From start to finish the best customer service! Top floors is a family owned and operated store and it shows! Becky gave us VIP treatment the minute we walked in the store. I absolutely love my new carpet! Not only is it high quality and stain resistant, it looks amazing! We received prompt and professional service all the way through even to the installation!
