EMC Security

We have used EMC Security service for several years. Recently had to have some additional work done and we couldn't find anyone else to do it. EMC stepped up to the plate and did a phenomenal job. The tech that they sent out was awesome. They communicate well and make sure you are pleased with the service all the way along. Definitely love EMC and highly recommend them.

EMC Security was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up my home security system. They did not try to oversell me or push products on me that I didn't need. Both the sales rep and the technician communicated very effectively and clearly, and made sure I understood all my options and how to operate the system. They were extremely quick to reply to my online inquiry, send a representative, and install the system.

EMC is the best! I was with another alarm company and very frustrated with our system. It never worked right and we had false alarms and sensors were losing signal the entire time. From the moment I called EMC to set up our system I have been very happy. Jordan spoke with me and answered all of my questions and gave me pricing for everything right there on the phone. She followed up to make sure we had everything scheduled. The guys that came to set up our system were really great. They came in and had everything working in a timely manner and were very professional. The app that EMC uses is excellent. You are able to cancel any accidental alarms right on your phone without having to call and be put on hold while the police come. I will definitely recommend to all of my clients, family, and friends.

Recently transferred our security monitoring to EMC Security. Ralph in sales was knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant and didn't pressure me to sign up. I love that it's a month to month service after the first quarter. Todd the Technician transitioned the system quickly, he was thorough and actually arrived earlier than scheduled, which was great! So far, I have been extremely pleased with EMC Security!

I am a new Customer to EMC Security. My previous co. went out of business, I needed to find a new co. fast. Immediately when I called EMC sales dept they picked up phones without long hold times. Salesperson she was knowledgeable, professional and patient with all my many questions. She gave me step by step of how they can switch my security over and sent me a quote. Tech that came to my home was on time and knew his stuff. This has been a great experience and glad I chose EMC, which I also use for electric!!!!
