“Mr. Young Lee is the manager who I have dealt with, and I started working with him after getting about 5 or 6 competitive quotes along this strip of Buford Hwy between Doraville and Norcross. Mr. Lee may lack a little in English language skills, but the quality and value of his work is OUTSTANDING! My daughter's car was repaired on two different occasions for bumper, hood and fender damage, and Mr. Lee's team allowed us to get the body work done there, and he had it prepped and ready for the paint shop. We did it this way at his suggestion, as his painting is so high quality that I didn't want to pay the higher price for his work, and took it to a national paint store instead that offers various paint quality levels. I believe that his shop actually does contract work for dealerships, so his quality of work appears to be high on all jobs, given the standards / expectations of his major customers. I recommend Mr. Lee without hesitation to anyone in the metro Atlanta area....I bet the savings would be worth the drive!”

“About a week ago I went and got my windows tinted at this location. They went over all the different types and percentages of tints. Got my side windows and my rear window tinted on my 2017 Volkswagen Jetta GLI. They informed me that CarMax where I had gotten the car from had previously removed tints that the car had but did it improperly. Tint world was able to fix there mistakes and had me satisfied with my choice. Will definitely be returning to this location for future tinting needs.”

“Wow. Someone broke in my car. The window was broken. I spoke to Sal on a Sunday, I got a quote for $225, including the labor. He was nice and very patient. I call on Monday before heading out and got just to make sure, I asked what would be the quote again. He said $225. I drove in, 9:55 and sat down....within 30 minutes, the guy had already had my car ready and pulled to the side. Sal's favorite thing to say is, "I got you." Lol, they aren't perfect but they try. I don't know what everyone is talking about with the negative reviews, but I give respect and got respected in return. I had to pay for tax and so my full total was $231.90. My window matches all my others and looks like nothing ever happened. I'm very please. Hopefully I won't have to come back but I will if someone ever decides to break into my car again. “This has been my favorite mechanic since I found him about three years ago when my daughter's Buick needed some transmission work, (the shop was at a different location then) they were as responsive and reasonable then, as they are now. My latest visit to the shop was for a check engine light on my 2007 Ford E350 van with 304500 miles. So since this was a work day, I called ahead and was able to have the service and an oil change done, in about an hour, at a very reasonable cost. “Originally called Haddad for a system code that would prevent emissions inspection passing successfully. I'd had previous repairs to oxygen sensors, but the problem and dash lights returned after driving for a week. Mike invited me out to their shop that same day or the next to look it over. Upon arrival at the shop, Mike immediately had my truck on the lift, identified the problem (catalytic converter) and began working -- I didn't even park?!? Within an hour, I was driving away. I'm still astonished by the quality of speed of installation and delivery. Quick diagnosis, parts in stock, fair pricing, excellent repair, insanely fast and wonderful customer service, fully resolved the issue. As their website mentions, it is NOT the "discount muffler" shop facing Buford Hwy, but further back in the same building. If you have any exhaust needs and are discouraged by repair shop quotes, see a specialist to do the job right the first time and for a reasonable cost.
