“I have been coming to this gym for seven years. It is an older gym but I have not had issues finding machines and treadmills that work. I train on average twice a week with Mehdin. He takes his role of trainer and coach seriously. He asks a lot of questions about physical capability as well as limitations. He then customizes a workout to provide good exercise but without injury. He does not watch me work out on the machines, which I can do on my own. Instead, he actively participates in the exercises so that he pushes me to a level I would not get yo otherwise.”
