The office staff were friendly, patient, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable they explained my visit and my treatment plan with confidence and patience. The hygienist was absolutely wonderful she was funny and gentle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and explained what she was doing and why... x-rays were fast and efficient and overall easy. Dr. Haycock was fabulous! Super kind and friendly, again funny and put me at ease... he was able to pull my wisdom tooth that I had been in so much pain with. He was again fast and efficient and I had no pain during. He was simply great. I highly recommend this office for dental care... the whole staff really care about their patients and the needs. Everyone is knowledgeable and kind just good hearted place. As long as I go here I do not forsee that anxiety rearing it's ugly head. A big thank you to this team!!!”

“When I was 15 years old I broke my back in multiple places in an unfortunate accident. Fast forward many years and a full career of competitive wakeboarding, I had no choice but to face spinal surgery, as my back had only gotten worse, year by agonizing year. I searched for neurosurgeons in my area, found what seemed like a competent doctor. He completely ruined my back so badly I had to immediately seek out another neurosurgeon to fix the massive malpractice and sheer incompetence of the aftercare when they realized the mistake the Gainesville, ga surgeon(who I will not name) had made. This lead me to ortho Atlanta, no Piedmont orthopedics, Dr. Kasow and Nicole were a breath of fresh air! They were very understanding and clear on what should be done. Not only did Dr. Kasow take me on as a patient to save my active lifestyle, he went the extra mile during the surgery when he found more damage caused by the previous surgeon. I will forever be grateful to the entire team at Piedmont orthopedics. Coming up on a decade of care with them, from knee surgeries to general pain management from my back and sciatic nerve damage. I always recommend them to anyone I come in contact with and use my cautionary tale to try and help others avoid the damage that can be caused by incompetence in some medical professions. “Awesome staff and space. We took our 1 year old here for her first checkup. The dentist, hygienist, and front desk staff were very courteous and professional. We eagerly made a follow up appointment for 6 months. The back space is open which is nice if you have siblings. They can see each other while they are getting cleanings and such. They also have video games in the back and televisions on the ceiling.”
