This year (2020) being a challenging year that it has been, we were so thankful for Lonny, Phillip and Debbie's work 3 years ago - we were able to make such good use of the basement for our work from home needs! After 3 years, everything is working well. I had very specific design and aesthetic requirements, but Lonny and team worked with me to provide the look I wanted - keeping the poured concrete wall bare and giving an industrial finish to the ceiling. They were professional and timely. Two small issues that cropped up in the first year were fixed immediately, and since then we've not had any other issues yet. My wife and I finally settled on flooring choice and scheduled a day that worked for use and Flooring Pro-1 sent a double sized team and they both moved our furniture with care and began removing the old floor and once old floor was removed they cleaned up and began installing the new floor. I was very happy with the professionalism and ability to finish the job in one day. Our house has 2000 + feet of wood floors and everyone else said 2-3 days of work.
