“First time, our waitress didn’t really explain the process but we caught on pretty quick. Some reviews talk about the lack of service but you’re literally going to a self-serving conveyor belt, what else do you expect?? Anywho, each person gets their own mini hot pot and you just add in whatever you want off the conveyor belt. We asked to keep the paper menu for reference because they have the prices of each colored plate on there but descriptions of the plates on the belt tell you a price as well. There are control panels for how you want your pot to boil with settings from auto to manual with 1-5 levels of heat and it’s very simple. Large variety of items on the belt. The sauce bar has a wide range of items to make the perfect dip too. We didn’t order special drinks but if you do they are huge! Overall, good food and cool experience. Edit: Hands down the best hot pot I’ve had, low key obsessed with the chicken broth and the drinks! Thai tea is so good and the iced coffee is amazinggg. My bf and I have been coming nonstop since then and we haven’t gotten tired of it at all”

Fumi was our server and she offered service with a smile. I loved her attention to detail, patience, and recommendations. It was such a top notch experience that I had to tell EVERYONE!! The food was FANTASTIC! There have been very few places where I have eaten where the food looks just like the menu! They promoted that meal just right and the food tasted even better than the photo! It was seasoned to perfection! The stew meat was nice and tender, the plantains were not super mushy, and the beans were the right consistency. It was just perfect! I don't review every place where I decide to enjoy a meal; only the places that deserve it. If you want the experience of authentic African food, this place hasn't been around for 6 years doing nothing! They are getting it done RIGHT!!! Just awesome! “Vien Huong is a hidden gem for Vietnamese food tucked away in a inconspicuous shopping strip. They have great Vietnamese staples within a ballroom/event hall atmosphere that makes it feel upper class while still being comfortable for relaxed family dinners. The food there is very good and the staff are friendly and attentive. My only complaint is with the environment itself that makes it feel dreary and dated. While it is not their fault, their neighbors also ruin the atmosphere with nightclub music that travels through the wall. Even with these factors, I would recommend anyone looking for a taste of Vietnam to come here and enjoy their food!”

She has outstanding Customer service, She's so Engaging, Pleasant, Friendly and overall nice. It didn't seem forced or staged, She spoke so well it was almost soothing. She was VERY Attentive, we didn't have to ask for refills, napkins or condiments. She brought everything before we opened our mouths.. It was a Very Hospitable experience. The staff and service is so professional and every staff member goes out of their way to get whatever you need or help you with your shopping experience. I noticed an Asian American young man went to get a cart for a couple who had chosen to carry 2 baskets but then baskets got full (maybe like myself, they found too many good deals!) I saw that and got the feel good feeling when someone cares that much on the job. The food kitchen is amazing with tons of variety food Italian to Asian and American and on top with great flat screens. WELL DONE HY-VEE! Many great products at great prices. Every aisle is clean and organized. Super professional and friendly team. I will go there very often.”

This is a Fantastic "Polish Highlander Restaurant" overflowing with the rich culture and traditional foods of the highland people from the Tatra Mountains in Poland.
