“Homework Central is a blessing! It is so nice to have a place that ACTUALLY gets the homework DONE by pickup. If my daughter needs help they are knowledgeable and trained to guide her along. Many times the tutors have gone above and beyond to set up study guides and mock tests to get my daughter prepared for upcoming tests. Her grades have improved tremendously. Although my daughter is working hard to get better grades, a lot of the credit goes to the tutors at Homework Central for fostering a supportive and encouraging environment. They REALLY listen to the challenges you and your child are facing and help you find solutions for success. We have been going for 3 years now and couldn't be happier. It is a little out of our way to pick up but is so worth the extra drive. Kids out grow the childcare atmosphere and HW central is a great transition to high school independence. “Apologies in advance for this being a long story. If you don't have time to read the whole thing, suffice it to say I am an extremely happy customer!! A couple days ago we realized there was a leak in our water line - front yard near the street, and water was gushing up out of the ground and flooding our neighbor's side yard. So we turned the water off and called a local plumber. He arrived the next morning, looked at the situation, and immediately determined that the leak was "most likely" not where the water was coming up. He said we have 2 options: one, we call a leak detection company who uses sonar to determine the exact location of the leak ($350 min for this). Then he would come back and do the repair for a min of $700. But depending on the work involved, it could be as much as $1100. OR, he says, we can replace the whole water line (which he highly recommended) for $3200. Because our pvc pipes are already 22 yrs old and they need to be replace anyway. Supposedly. I couldn't help but think this was not necessarily the case, and that we should probably just fix the leak (and anything surrounding it that has contributed to it breaking in the first place). So, I was going with Option 1. Enter Georgia Water Leak Detection. I was calling around, frankly just trying to get someone here ASAP. I'm SOOOO glad that GWLD was able to fit me in, because not only did they not waste my time and money using expensive equipment for what turned out to be an unnecessary test, but they moved mountains to get someone here within a couple hours who found the leak (surprise! it was right where the water was coming up, as I had suspected) and did the repair. Arshia went above and beyond - removing a portion of a bush (and its roots) that were in the way of the repair - and was here for hours. All that for the base price of $500. I cannot even believe I was about to pay AT LEAST double for the same result!! I am so, so glad I called GWLD. Oh, and Arshia texted me this morning to make sure everything was still ok. 50 perfect google reviews say it all. They are the best!!”
