I think they take advantage of the fact that they're one of the few if not only Jamaican restaurants in Suwanee, and go too far with the pricing. She announced one total at the drive-thru speaker but when I got to the window and after I gave her my credit card another employee came back and said my new total was three times higher. I let them know I didn't want the food and left because I knew from ordering the same item the same way at other locations, that she had the total correct the first time. But they still charge my credit card $12.92. Today I went and spoke to the manager, Yesenia oh, and she took care of the matter for me. She was very professional and polite.”
