“We came here for lunch and it was delicious. The service behind the counter was so patient and kind so we ordered our meals easily. The ingredients were so fresh and our bowls weren’t heavy to the stomach even though a size Small was plentiful for me! I asked to add more white sauce to my bowl and it was perfect. The cake was something I haven’t had before, the flakiness of the top layer was delicious and the cream cheese wasn’t too sweet but sweet enough. Definitely will continue to come again.”

“We had lunch here on a Sunday around 1pm. Busy parking due to other stores, still found parking. Restaurant not busy at all, then started picking up as we were done w our meal. Lots of tables and big dining area. Cashier gives you a number and your order is brought to your table. Hubby ordered the chicken tortilla soup and macaroni & cheese. His soup was really good and flavorful. The mac & cheese a lil watery, but alright. I ordered the half soup/half salad; loaded potato soup…yum and Caesar salad…they did it right. We really enjoyed the food, and the space. I took off a star due to how long it took to get our order. Seemed unusually long for soup and salad. We’ll probably choose this place over Panera Bread next time.”

There was about four cars in front of me in the drive through but line moved okay. No trouble with understanding the person on the speaker and my food was hot and ready when I got to the window. “I have stored my boat and motor home at Big Anchor for nearly five years now. The prices are some of the best in the area and the service and communication are outstanding. Barbara, the office manager is awesome. The storage yard itself isn't the prettiest but it is adequate as is the security provided. I have been very happy with Big Anchor so far. Update: Barbara retired. Also, be aware that if you move our of a space mid-month, even with weeks of prior notice, they do not issue a pro-rated refund. If you plan to leave before the end of a month, do not pay for the entire month in advance. You won't get anything back.”

“I just spent three weeks at Scepter/ Parkwood. I had a very good experience. The nurses and CNA‘s are exceptional. If I have a need, they took care of it. They are like your friends. They’re very caring and very concerned about the patient. I had therapy while I was there and the occupational therapist and physical therapist were very good. They took the time they needed to be with you, you never felt rushed. The food was OK. Some days were really good other days were just OK. If I had to say if I would tell someone else to go there I would. I was lucky I only need the stay for three weeks. But they have other people who were there a lot longer. I feel like this is a very good facility and I recommend it to anyone.”
