Folks makes you feel right at home with Jesus!

Our neighbors asked if my little one would like to go to VBS here. He absolutely loved it!! Mom says she also likes the traditional Baptist style services in a small church as well. Awesome people! Definitely feel the spirit here. And they have a great kids program. It's not a big church so don't expect that.

This could be your real church home as it is mine. During my time as IT Engineer at a commercial Christian radio station I had opportunity to meet many pastors, preachers, ministers and men.

I visited many places, many churches and had many pastors from many countries in my home here in Flowery Branch.

There are mega churches, mini churches, worship centers and all kinds of places you may choose to travel to as well.

Some are huge and some are small. Some offer free biscuits and others nothing.

I went to some that bothered me and some that were down right disturbing.

What I needed was true spiritual nourishment. As is delivered by the word.

Now if you are into paying for jets and mansions well, this may not be for you... or it might.

I've made Mount Salem my one true church home. Surrounded by people who care. People who love. People who worship and sing, share food and ideas and make everyone, regardless of race, creed or color feel equally welcome to make it their church home as I have.

Pastor Clyde Self is my dearest friend. And so is Pastor Paul Wade.
