Express Plumbing & Septic

My family & I had no knowledge about septic systems whatsoever. Justin & his partner were kind and patient enough to explain! They serviced/emptied our septic whilst educating us about it. Although, what was a little strange was that they used MY heavy duty hose to put inside of the system... aren't they supposed to have their own material...? now I'm debating if it's worth super-disinfecting it or buying a new one...
Other than that, Express is really nice, knowledgeable, and patient, including their receptionists!

Septic Tank Pumped. Please do not delay in getting your Septic Tank Pumped every 3-5 years. Last night all of a sudden the toilet nearest the septic tank failed to drain. OOPS! The next toilet in-line also did the same thing. OOPS!!! We realized it was nearly 30 years since our last pump! OOPS again! When you need this type of service I highly recommend Express Plumbing & Septic because of their prompt response to our situation, on-time performance, professional expertise, willing to explain what is happening and a GREAT quality job! Express Plumbing has our business for life. They are extremely professional and do excellent work. We had to have an extra 175ft of drain field added to our septic system. After the installation, they graded our yard beautifully, and laid hay/seeded. The best part is, they did not overcharge us or try to sell us a system we didn’t need. Very few businesses operate with that type of honesty and integrity anymore. We are very happy with the final product!

These guys are awesome! We were having issues with our septic tank and they came out the very next day, exactly at the scheduled time. They were knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and very polite. They also gave us an amazing price. I am extremely happy with the service that we received and they are now our go-to for all our plumbing needs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for professional and courteous plumbing service!
