Really nice and friendly place to call home. My Mother Lives there and I am so impressed with the manger Ramona , she goes why above more then she has to to help mom and checking in on her .. Wonderful Person !!

I can’t say better things about this place! Best service I have received in months, and amazing food. I got the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and a cinnamon sugar donut. It was so good. It was also very reasonably priced. 100% recommend.

Today was my second visit and I can honestly say these donuts are good. They are not overly sweet and the glazed donuts are not drenched in glaze like KK, it's a light crispy coating that has a slight honey taste. Soft, fluffy, moist and even the red velvet cake wasn't dense. The cheesecake donut is delicious and not overly sweet either and I loved it. I got 2 speciality donuts and a glazed twist and paid $5.68. The first time I got 2 regular donuts and the total was $2 and some change. Worth every penny!

The donuts here are so fresh and I have never had a bad experience. They have some unique flavors that are delicious and also plenty of regular options. The donuts are light and airy and always taste fresh no matter the time of day.
They also offer breakfast sandwiches and have plenty of beverage options!

The park looks neat and nice with beautiful landscaping. The homes are perfect sizes and it is an ideal space for families. The managers are quick and friendly to answer inquiries. Absolutely recommend.

This is a great park for families or individuals of all ages. It's quiet, clean, and full of friendly residents. It is within walking distance of the largest employers in town, as well as Main St. You won't find a more affordable and comfortable living situation in the area.

I drove through the park the other day looking for a home and I was very impressed with how clean the park was. Roads are nice and the lot sizes are fairly large. I have an appointment to see a home already! I can't wait to see it!
