(July 21, 2022, 11:30 am)OMG!! I absolutely love love love this dental office! This was my son and I first visit to this office and everyone is so nice and professional. The atmosphere was clean and smelled clean and fresh. Though we don’t have dental insurance at the moment and have to pay out of pocket Ashley the front desk receptionist told me about a payment plan and was very helpful. We haven’t seen a business this friendly in years! We are going to continue our dental care there. We love Palmetto Family Dental!!!

(June 10, 2022, 4:46 pm)I am so leery about dentists and I was hoping for a pleasant experience. I don’t remember how I found this place, but it was the best decision I have made. The front desk agents were so nice and helpful. They didn’t make me feel like an idiot after not completing the paperwork correctly. The hygienist and dentist were very personable and friendly. It is one of my best experiences at the dentist. If you are looking for a good dentist, this is the place to go.

They were on time I didn’t have to wait long (new patient paperwork) and Alanna was awesome. Everything was explained to me and they understood my needs.
