“When I first walked into this practice, I saw the frame on the wall with this verse, “Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again. Rejoice.” Philippians 4:4. A practice of like faith…instantly stole my heart. After firing my previous PCP on Friday for not being relatable and making my needs a priority, I didn’t think I would be able to find another PCP so soon. I was referred to this practice by a friend over the weekend. I called this morning, I got an appointment right away. My appointment was at 10:30, and I was seen by 10:35. Mr. Mark was very thorough. I didn’t feel rushed. He took his time with me, and made sure I understood each of my diagnoses and the meds I’m taking. He even pulled up some of the labs from the hospital and went over them with me. I didn’t feel like a number or just another insurance payment, I felt like a patient… a human being that mattered. I also didn’t have to wait 45 min to an hour for a scheduled appointment. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment. I love this practice. Every person I interacted with was friendly and helpful! I hope it remains this way. I am one extremely satisfied, grateful patient. I am REJOICING ❤️🙏🏽🙌🏽”

“I wanted to get a simple blood test, and when I called the day before Thanksgiving the receptionist was incredibly helpful and thorough. He was able to clearly list everything and informed me what I needed to know, as well as next steps and what to expect. Today when I arrived, the girls at the front were welcoming and nice. Daphne came and got me and was just really caring and compassionate from start to finish. She was incredible with drawing blood too! First person in a long time that didn't blow my vein trying to get blood. Dr. Cutter was very genuine and caring. As well as informative and thorough. Still can't believe I went for health care inside a Walmart, but beyond impressed and thankful for the ability to do so in such a quick manner. The prices for being uninsured were great too, especially before the holidays when money is already tight. Thank you Dr. Cutter and staff!”
