I live out of state so I needed a good management company to take care of my rentals and they handle all of the day to day needs of property management. If you are looking for good, honest people, I highly recommend Market South Properties!

I am a current renter at one the properties that Market South manages and I am pleased to say that I have received nothing but professional, courteous, and well just flat out awesome treatment from the staff to the property owner himself.
Market South Properties does a fantastic job of matching great renters with property owners that care. I wish I could sign a 5 year lease because I would. If you are considering working with Market South Properties I would say do it you will not regret it.
