I've been seeing Dr. Carr for almost a year now. During my initial visit, my wait was extremely long. I was bothered by that and decided to see how my next visit went to determine if I would ever go back. But when I finally saw Dr. Carr that day, I understood why it may have taken so long. He not only addresses your primary complaint, but he was very thorough and addressed other things as well. I very much appreciated his attention to the whole me. I'd never gone to a doctor that made you feel like you were his only patient. He didn't rush me and make me feel like I was on borrowed time. He took his time and explained things to me and even discussed some topics that are outside of mainstream medicine. He's not the type of doctor that just pushes pills on you as a means to fix everything. He provides a nice mix of medication and real-life suggestions for changes that I can make to achieve optimal health. After my first visit with him, I made the decision that he would be my doctor. Thankfully, my wait times thereafter were very reasonable. I couldn't ask for anything more... a doctor that is very thorough, excellent bed-side manner, a great sense of humor, patient and very patient-centered. I win!
