“I had dreaded finding somewhere for my daughter to get her hearing tested and kept putting if off. Hearing Doctors of Georgia was the first place I checked into. I filled out a request form on their website and they called me right away and I was able to get an appointment for the following week. They made the process so smooth and easy. All the paperwork is filled out and submitted electronically. J, the customer service coordinator, was so helpful and friendly. She got me the information I needed right away. Everyone is so pleasant. The Audiologist was great, she made my daughter feel at ease. My daughter got to pick out a little bear and got a lollipop on the way out, it made her day!! She is terrified of going to the doctor, so I wasn’t sure how she would do, but she had a wonderful experience!”
