“My daughter got her hair done here for the first day of school a while ago and they did a pretty decent job. My regular stylist doesn’t have anything open for a month so I decided to try here. You have to make an account to make an appointment and after I did that, the website doesn’t recognize my sign up. So click forgot password…still nothing. Way too much to book an appointment. I’ve spent a little over 20 minutes just trying to sign up and book an appointment. I’m too frustrated and judging by the other reviews on surprise fees, I’ll pass. And before the owner tries to jump on here and say I’ve never been…I most definitely have and have the receipt to prove it and I’m more than willing to show it if need be. I can also attest to surprise fees. I paid $145 for a silk press. I gave 4 stars because my daughters hair looked good. Took the other star away because of the difficulty of the website (it’s been changed twice since I last booked). Lastly, judging by the owners response’s, I think it’s fair to assume it’s a little “hood” here. What professional do you know responds to a customer’s complaint with “I got TIME today”.”

“Dr. Choi and Dr. Mena were extremely thorough and professional. His receptionist, Jennifer, was welcoming, knowledgeable and one of the best multi-tasker I have had the pleasure of meeting. I was working with several doctors and she consistently booked me around my schedule. Stephanie, the MRI Specialist, was also accommodating. On the day I was scheduled for my MRI her young son had to have a medical procedure done, therefore, I had to be rescheduled. She came in the next day during lunch to conduct my procedure. The only thing that appeared to bother Dr. Choi was my sensitivity to numerous medications. Otherwise, I would highly recommend him and his staff.”

“First of all, this is one of my favorite doctor's office to visit. Dr. SYLVAIN takes Care of her patients medically and hospitality wise. I enjoy that there is complimentary coffee and water, and even candy. I had a varicose vain procedure, and what a relief. I feel like I have a set of new legs. A lot of the pain is gone. I recommend anyone who is experiencing vein pains to have her procedure, it is quick and she provides you with relaxation and comfort.
