“Wonderful customer service and great prices! I'm local-ish so I emailed to ask if I could pick up my order from their warehouse to save some money on shipping. They responded that I could certainly do that and I placed my order according to their emailed instructions, but their shipping calculator actually had better rates than I had anticipated. Since I had already discussed pick up with them, I decided to continue with that instead of confusing things. I received an email minutes after placing my order saying that based on my address I used, it might actually be cheaper for me to ship than to pick up and left it up to me. “I had dreaded finding somewhere for my daughter to get her hearing tested and kept putting if off. Hearing Doctors of Georgia was the first place I checked into. I filled out a request form on their website and they called me right away and I was able to get an appointment for the following week. They made the process so smooth and easy. All the paperwork is filled out and submitted electronically. J, the customer service coordinator, was so helpful and friendly. She got me the information I needed right away. Everyone is so pleasant. The Audiologist was great, she made my daughter feel at ease. My daughter got to pick out a little bear and got a lollipop on the way out, it made her day!! She is terrified of going to the doctor, so I wasn’t sure how she would do, but she had a wonderful experience!”
